All Preschool classes meet in the west wing of the Alcott Center, located at 530 Bernard Drive in Buffalo Grove.

Super Twos for children 2 years old by September 1, 2013.
This transitional class which meets the entire preschool year, will help your child learn to play with others, develop appropriate cognitive skills and gradually separate from the parent. Class is taught by experienced early childhood educators in bright, inviting classrooms providing children with a comforting and exciting educational environment.
- September - November parent/caregiver attends entire class with child.
- December and January parent/caregiver is with child the first and last 15 minutes of class, leaves classroom but stays onsite the middle hour.
- Parents do not attend class February - May except to be a parent helper twice in the winter and twice in the spring.
- Proof of age and a $75 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required with registration.
- Registration is only available in person at the Alcott Center.

Terrific Threes for children turning 3 years old between September 2 and December 30, 2013.
Note: Children can be in Pullups for the school year.
This class will help your child develop cognitive skills, small motor skills through art and center activities and large motor skills in the Large Motor Room. Class will be 1 ½ hours in the fall, 2 hours beginning after Thanksgiving. Class is taught by 2 caring experienced team teachers in bright, inviting classrooms providing children with a comforting and exciting educational environment.
• Parent helpers are essential to the preschool and help to enrich each child’s preschool experience. Parents are required to help six times during the preschool year.
• Proof of age and a $100 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required with registration.
• Registration is only available in person at the Alcott Center.

Three Year Old Preschool for children 3 years old by September 1, 2013.
Note: Children may be in Pullups® until January
The Three Year Old Preschool focuses on socialization through play, stories, songs and group activities. Children will make new friends and develop their social skills while becoming more aware of the world around them. Fine motor skills are developed through art activities and large motor skills are gained through use of the Gym, Large Motor Room and our Preschool Circle Room. Caring, professional team teachers and bright, inviting classrooms provide children with a comforting and exciting educational environment.
• Proof of age and a $100 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required with registration.
• Parent helpers are essential to the preschool and help to enrich each child’s preschool experience. Parents will help 6 times during the school year for Monday, Wednesday, Friday or 5 times for Tuesday, Thursday. Parents unable to help will pay an additional $20 each with each payment.
• Parents who are unable to help in the preschool classroom will pay an additional $20 each season.
• Registration is only available in person at the Alcott Center.
